We are proud of the products we sell, and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, it may be returned as long as it is unopened/unused.
For online purchases:
* Product purchased from treehousetoys.com can be returned to the store either-
In person-
- You do not need to bring your original invoice
- Product must be in the original packaging and have all of the original tags
- Within 30 days of order date for refund to original payment method
- After 30 days of order date for store credit
Or
By mail-
- If you don't have your original invoice, please include name, address, & phone number of buyer
- Product must be in the original packaging and have all of the original tags
- Within 30 days of order date for refund to original payment method
- After 30 days of order date for store credit
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping
- Tracking information is recommended, as we cannot be responsible for lost items
- Refund/store credit will be processed once we receive the returned-product
For in-store purchases:
- Product must be in original packaging and have all of the original tags
- Product accompanied by an original receipt, within 30 days of purchase date, may be returned for a refund to original payment method
- Product without a receipt, or after 30 days of purchase date, may be returned for store credit
